5-6 celery stalks
1/2 lb. pork or 2 pork chops halved then sliced
1/2 scallion, minced

MIX "A":

1 tbl. dark soy
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. fagara

MIX "B":

1 tbl. light soy
1 tbl. sweet bean sauce
1/4 c. broth
  1. Cut celery down the center, then cut in 1" diagonal pieces. Wash well.
  2. Cut chops in half lengthwise, then in thin slices. Marinate 15 minutes, then add mix "A"
  3. Heat wok. Add pork and fry till white. Add mix "B" and mix thoroughly. Add celery, mix 1 minute. Add broth. Cover 15 seconds. Thicken and Serve.
