5-6 celery stalks
1/2 lb. pork or 2 pork chops halved then sliced
1/2 scallion, minced
MIX "A":
1 tbl. dark soy
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. fagara
MIX "B":
1 tbl. light soy
1 tbl. sweet bean sauce
1/4 c. broth
- Cut celery down the center, then cut in 1" diagonal pieces. Wash well.
- Cut chops in half lengthwise, then in thin slices. Marinate 15 minutes, then add mix "A"
- Heat wok. Add pork and fry till white. Add mix "B" and mix thoroughly. Add celery, mix 1 minute. Add broth. Cover 15 seconds. Thicken and Serve.
