1-1/2 cup broth
2 tbl. garlic oil
1/2 tsp. chopped ginger
2 tsp. oyster sauce
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tbl. hoisin sauce

Heat pot and add garlic oil and ginger. Add oyster sauce and mix well. Add broth cook 1 minute then add corn starch paste.

This sauce is to Peking what sweet and sour is to Southern China.
