2 c. chicken broth
1 tbl. powdered ginger
2 tbl. wine
1 tsp. sesame oil
1 tsp. light soy
1 egg white (optional)

Mix all ingredients except thickener. Bring to boil. Thicken, mix with meat or vegetable.

THICKENER:
1 tbl. corn starch or tapioca starch
1/3 c. water
