1 tbl. oyster sauce
1 tbl. light soy
1 tsp. hoisin sauce
1/2 tsp. sesame oil
1 scallion cut in 1/4" pcs.
ADD:
1 tbl. chopped ginger
1 tbl. satay sauce
1/2 tsp. Szechuan paste
This is a Szechuan master sauce applied to a stir fried dish as a gravy.
