1/4 cup soy
1 tsp. sugar
1 tbl. ginger-garlic mix
1 tbl. sesame oil
1 tsp. chef chow Szechuan chilli paste
or
1 tbl. sweet bean sauce

When making 2 or more portions (for stock) only add 1/4 c. soy for the 1st, 3rd, 5th portions.
