- Boil noodles 4-5 minutes
- Rinse with cold water
- Drain well.
- Have medium roasting pan well greased with either oil or Pam.
- Put noodles in pan, then add 4 tbl. garlic oil}, 4 tbl. sesame oil, 6 tbl. light or dark soy. Mix well, then cover with aluminum paper and puncture 8-10 holes in aluminum with a fork.
- Roast at 250 degrees to keep warm for twenty minutes. Take off aluminum and mix the noodles. Cover well.
Use for Lo Mein Base or Noodle Dishes requiring a noodle base.
