1. Boil noodles 4-5 minutes
  2. Rinse with cold water
  3. Drain well.
  4. Have medium roasting pan well greased with either oil or Pam.
  5. Put noodles in pan, then add 4 tbl. garlic oil}, 4 tbl. sesame oil, 6 tbl. light or dark soy. Mix well, then cover with aluminum paper and puncture 8-10 holes in aluminum with a fork.
  6. Roast at 250 degrees to keep warm for twenty minutes. Take off aluminum and mix the noodles. Cover well.

Use for Lo Mein Base or Noodle Dishes requiring a noodle base.
