2 c. corn oil
1/4 c. sesame oil
1/2 orange peels, julienned
2 tsp. crushed chilli powder
2 tbl. ginger-garlic mix
2 tbl. crushed fermented black beans
- Chop orange peels very fine.
- Mix balance of ingredients and orange peels either in blender or food processor. Srote in jar.
To be used as a coating sauce for fish or shrimp.
