2 c. corn oil
1/4 c. sesame oil
1/2 orange peels, julienned
2 tsp. crushed chilli powder
2 tbl. ginger-garlic mix
2 tbl. crushed fermented black beans
  1. Chop orange peels very fine.
  2. Mix balance of ingredients and orange peels either in blender or food processor. Srote in jar.

To be used as a coating sauce for fish or shrimp.
