1 c. black soy
2 c. water
3 pcs. Ginger
1 pack 5 spice mix or 2 tbl. 5 spice powder
2 tsp. sugar
1 stick cinnamon

Above recipe is used for beef, chicken, or lamb.

Note:

After using, cool, jar, store in refrigerator till needed.

Use:

Combine all ingredients, add the selected meat. Bring to a boil, lower gas, cover and cook for one hour.
The flavor improves after each use because of the different flavors cooked in it.

Note:

After 1st use, add ½ c. soy, 1 c. water.
After 2nd use add ½ c. soy, 1 c. water,

And 1 tbl. 5 spice or 1 packet 5 spice mix.
