3 tbl. leek or heavy scallion
1 tsp. chopped ginger
1/2 tsp. chopped garlic
2 tsp. dark soy
1 tbl. vinegar
1 tsp. sesame oil

If making a larger portion (2x,3x,4x quantities) never use more than double ginger and garlic.

This sauce is poured over chicken and meats that have been stir fried and mixed uncooked.
