1/4 c. dried shrimp
1 c. peanut oil
  1. Soak shrimp till soft. Pat dry.
  2. Heat oil (low) add shrimp and fry slowly till shrimp withers.
  3. Strain, cool and jar. Don't let shrimp burn.
