1/2 cup dark soy sauce
2 tbl. sugar
2 tbl. water
2 tbl. chili oil
2 scallions, green only
1 cup corn oil
- Chop scallions.
- Put all ingredients in medium pot.
- Bring to boil, lower gas, cook 15 minutes.
- Let cool, strain, store in jar.
To be used with stir fried lamb, but can be used when frying any vegetable by adding a tablespoon to the oil the ingredient is to be cooked in.
