1/2 cup dark soy sauce
2 tbl. sugar
2 tbl. water
2 tbl. chili oil
2 scallions, green only
1 cup corn oil
  1. Chop scallions.
  2. Put all ingredients in medium pot.
  3. Bring to boil, lower gas, cook 15 minutes.
  4. Let cool, strain, store in jar.

To be used with stir fried lamb, but can be used when frying any vegetable by adding a tablespoon to the oil the ingredient is to be cooked in.
