1 lb. Broccoli (floweretes only)
1 can Taiwan Straw Mushrooms
1/2 Red Pepper, sliced
1/2 portion corn starch paste
1 can crab meat
1 tbl. Ginger and Garlic

SAUCE:

3 tbl. garlic oil
1 tbl. Ginger and Garlic mix
1 tsp. Light Soy
1 c. Broth
  1. Parboil broccoli in 1-1/2 cups water (covered).
  2. Drain broccoli, cool in cold water; drain. Set aside.
  3. Cut up peppers. Assemble sauce ingredients.
  4. Fry broccoli, mushrooms and peppers. Set aside.
  5. Fry crab meat, then add sauce ingredients. Thicken with corn starch paste. Heat1 minute, then pour over vegetables. Serve with rice.
