1 lb. Broccoli (floweretes only)
1 can Taiwan Straw Mushrooms
1/2 Red Pepper, sliced
1/2 portion corn starch paste
1 can crab meat
1 tbl. Ginger and Garlic
SAUCE:
3 tbl. garlic oil
1 tbl. Ginger and Garlic mix
1 tsp. Light Soy
1 c. Broth
- Parboil broccoli in 1-1/2 cups water (covered).
- Drain broccoli, cool in cold water; drain. Set aside.
- Cut up peppers. Assemble sauce ingredients.
- Fry broccoli, mushrooms and peppers. Set aside.
- Fry crab meat, then add sauce ingredients. Thicken with corn starch paste. Heat1 minute, then pour over vegetables. Serve with rice.
