1/2 lb. medium-large shrimp
1/2 lb. bacon
1 egg
SAUCE:
3 tbl. sweet bean sauce or hoisin
4-5 tbl. ketchup
1/2 tsp. Hunan paste (hot)
3/4 c. broth
- Clean and marinate shrimp. Brush on garlic oil.
- Beat egg. Trim bacon.
- Assemble sauce ingredients.
- Brush shrimp with egg then wrap bacon around shrimp. Pan fry.
- Make sauce, thicken.
- Put shrimp on platter. Cover with sauce. Sprinkle on scallions.
