12 Frozen Crab Claws
1 lb. Baby River Shrimp as for shrimp toast
2 c. Flavored Bread Crumbs
Oil for deep frying

SAUCE:

2 scallions
  or 1 c. Frozen Green Peas
3 piece 25¢ Ginger, sliced fine
3 tbl. Hoison Sauce
3 tbl. Ketchup
1 tbl. Hot or Sweet Bean Sauce
1/3 c. Broth
  1. Steam claws 5 minutes on high heat then let cool.
  2. Make shrimp as for shrimp toast.
  3. Chop vegetables and assemble sauce.
  4. Put bread crumbs in bowl.  For shrimp into balls 2-1/2" - 3".  Lay on bread crums, then insert claw into center and mold tight.  Deep Fry.
  5. Heat up sauce as a gravy or just mix as a dip.
