2 cans crab meat
1/2 green scallion
1/2 tsp. chopped garlic
1 tsp. salt
2 tbl. wine
1-1 1/2 c. broth
3 egg whites
1/2 tsp. sesame oil

Clean crab meat very well. Heat wok. Add garlic and scallions under medium heat. Add crab meat raising heat till well heated. Add wine, salt, and broth, heating well for 2 minutes covered. Beat egg whites and sesame oil. Pour in crab mix, stirring well. May also be served with steamed rice speckled with scallions.
