1/2 lb. river shrimp
1/4 lb. ground pork
1/2 tsp. finely chopped ginger
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbl. wine
1/2 tsp. sesame oil
2 tsp. water
1 tsp. corn starch paste
Form, roll in corn starch paste. Drop in boiling water till they float. Insert into soup.
