8 c. stock
1 c. shredded pork or chicken
1 bean cake shredded into strips
1/2 c. bamboo shoots
6 snow peas, julienned
6 water chestnuts, sliced
2 beaten eggs
SAUCE:
1 tbl. sesame oil
2 tbl. soy
2 tbl. vinegar
1 tsp. white pepper
NOTE:
Never add egg until after the corn starch paste is in any dish
