1 lb. long beans
1 red pepper
1/2 lb. barbecue pork or chicken
1 c. preserved cabbage, optional

SEASONING SAUCE:

2 tbl. oyster sauce
1 tsp. curry powder
4 tbl. dark soy
1 tbl. hoisin
1 c. broth
3 tbl. sesame oil
  1. Cut beans into 3 pieces.
  2. Slice meat or dice.
  3. Stir fry meat, add seasoning sauce, except broth.
  4. Chop cabbage, add to meat. Mix well. Set aside.
  5. Fry beans, add 3 tbl. water. Cover, cook 5 minutes then add meat and broth. Cover, thicken if necessary.

NOTE:

Chef chow can be added to initial meat mix.
