1/2 lb. ground turkey
2 flavored bean cake
1 cup chopped water chestnut
+ 1 scallion chopped fine
3/4 cup broth
Szech bean paste (optional)
MEAT SAUCE MIX:
3 tbl. yellow bean sauce
1 tbl. oyster sauce
1 tbl. sesame oil
- Add 1 tbl. ginger-garlic mix to ground turkey + 2 tbl. soy.
- Mix meat sauce mix.
- Chop water chestnuts and scallions. Dice bean cake.
- Stir fry meat in 2 batches then add sauce mix well.
- Add bean cake and broth. Cover, cook 2 minutes. Thicken. Serve.
