2 cups plum tomatoes chopped

1 scallion chopped fine
2 bean cakes diced + 1/2 cup broth
1 cup ground meat
1 tbl. sesame oil
1 tbl. light soy

Put 3 tbl. garlic oil} in wok (sm). Add tomatoes and bean cake. Cover, cook 2 minutes, then add broth, ground meat and scallions. Cover, cook 5 minutes on medium heat. Add scallion and thicken slightly with corn starch paste.

Equivalent to a western stew.
