3 hard bean cake

1 1/2 c. master sauce
1 tbl. soy
1 tbl. sesame oil
corn starch paste + 1/2 c. broth

MEAT MIX:

1/2 lb. river shrimp
1/2 lb. ground turkey or pork
1 c. finely chopped cabbage
1 scallion chopped fine (all green)
  1. Cut bean cake in half lengthwise, then into 4 triangles as shown.
  2. Pan fry all pieces till brown. Set aside.
  3. Mix meat mix very fine.
  4. Put meat in between 2 pcs. bean cake sandwich style.
  5. Put all pieces (sandwiches) into pan, add soy, sesame, and broth. Cover till all broth dries up.
  6.  Heat master sauce, pour over and serve.
