2 hard bean cakes

1 c. meat
1 tbl. chef chow
1 c. bak choi, chopped
1/2 c. diced radish
6" pc. scallion, cut 1/2" pcs.

SAUCE:

1 c. broth
2 tbl. sesame oil
2 tbl. oyster sauce
2 tbl. dark soy
  1. Dice bean cake.
  2. Stir fry meat. Add chef chow and mix well. Add 3 tbl. broth.
  3. Add vegetables. Mix well and cover 1 minute.
  4. Pour in sauce, only half the broth. Mix well.
  5. If to dry, add balance of broth. If all broth is added at once, it could be to watery.
