4 kirby-cukes

1 pkg. ground turkey
2 portions shrimp/chicken marinade recipe
6 tbl. corn starch

HUNAN SAUCE:

2 tbl. oyster sauce
2 tbl. sesame oil
3 tbl. dark soy + 2 tbl. hoisin
2 c. broth
  1. Cut ends off cukes then cut in 1 1/2" slices. Then core out the center on one side.
  2. Mix turkey with marinade and corn starch. Set aside.
  3. Assemble sauce ingredients.
  4. Stuff cukes one side, pack in good.
  5. Put in steamer, steam 25 minutes.
  6. Heat sauce, pour over cukes.

OPTIONAL:

Peking style - after steaming, let cool. Dip meat side into egg, then bread crumbs or rice noodles and fry face down.
