1 can plum Italian tomatoes

2 bean cakes, cut up carrot size
1 whole scallion
1 cup ground pork
2 tbl. light soy
1 tsp. sesame oil

Heat 4 tbl. garlic oil in wok, add ground pork, fry 30 seconds, add scallion and soy, then add tomatoes. Cover 2 minutes, then add cubed bean cake, cover. Cook 5 minutes, thicken with corn starch. Serve semi-soup. Sprinkle in sesame oil.
