1 lb. broccoli stems
2 tbl. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. sesame oil
  1. Mix all ingredients in a jar, except broccoli and sesame oil.
  2. Slice broccoli in 1/3" diagonal slices.
  3. Add broccoli and marinate in jar. Store overnight. When served, sprinkle with sesame oil.
