Vegetables can be your choice, these are mine.
1 red pepper
3 c. bak choi
2 c. Chinese broccoli
2 c. radish, diced
2 c. mustard greens
1/2 c. broth
1 tbl. ginger-garlic mix

SWEET & SOUR SAUCE:

4 tbl. white vinegar
2 tbl. sugar
1 tbl. light soy
1/2 c. broth

THICKENER ( if necessary):

1 tsp. tapioca starch
1/4 c. water

OPTIONAL SIDE ADDITIONS:

  1. 1 lb. river shrimp (salad) marinated and added just before serving
  2. 1/2 lb. julienned pork strips stir fried.
  3. Chicken.

NOTE:

If stronger sauce is desired, just add:
1 tbl. vinegar
1 tbl. soy
1 tbl. ketchup
Do not add more sugar.
