3 quarts warm water
1-1/2 lbs. sugar
1-1/2 qt. eggs
3 oz. salt
12 oz. yeast
flavors: vanilla, lemon, etc.
12 lbs (or more) bread flour

Heat oil to 350 degrees.

Roll out dough to desired thickness.  Cut donuts with round cutters.  Let dough rise. Fry.
