1 c pecans
1-1/2 t vanilla
1 c Karo dark corn syrup
½ c sugar
3 eggs
½ c melted butter
- Beat the eggs and sugar until blended. Add syrup, melted butter and vanilla.
- Place the pecans on the bottom of the crust and pour the mixture over the pecans.
- Bake at preheated 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until set.
