1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
1/2 lb. ground chicken or turkey
1/2 lb. bak choi, chopped fine
2 stalks celery, chopped medium
1 scallion chopped fine
Tapioca starch to mix in meat
2 tbl. soy
2 tsp. sesame oil
  1. Mix all meats together. Mix well.
  2. Add cabbage, celery, soy, sesame, scallion.
  3. Mix all well.
  4. Form into meat balls, medium size.
  5. Line steam dish with bak choi leaves (green).
  6. Lay meat balls on leaves and steam 45 minutes.
  7. Heat master sauce, thicken to taste.
  8. Pour 3 to 4 tbl. master sauce on meat balls while they are steaming.
  9. When done, put on platter, pour gravy over.

Good with mixed greens.
