2 lbs. ground pork
1/2 lb. ground turkey
1/2 scallion chopped very fine
3 tbl. corn starch - more if loose
3 tbl. light soy sauce
2 tbl. sesame oil
1/2 lb. oval sweet rice
4 cups master sauce
- Mix all ingredients except rice. Form into balls (little larger than golf balls).
- Assemble sauce ingredients.
- Soak rice in warm water (overnight).
- Drain rice. Lay out dry towel, spread on the rice. Roll the meat balls in the rice till all covered.
- Grease the steam tray, put the balls on. Cover. Steam 40 minutes. Put on platter, cover with master sauce.
