2 lbs. ground pork
1/2 lb. ground turkey
1/2 scallion chopped very fine
3 tbl. corn starch - more if loose
3 tbl. light soy sauce
2 tbl. sesame oil
1/2 lb. oval sweet rice
  1. Mix all ingredients except rice. Form into balls (little larger than golf balls).
  2. Assemble sauce ingredients.
  3. Soak rice in warm water (overnight).
  4. Drain rice. Lay out dry towel, spread on the rice. Roll the meat balls in the rice till all covered.
  5. Grease the steam tray, put the balls on. Cover. Steam 40 minutes. Put on platter, cover with master sauce.
