2 lbs. ground pork, chicken, or turkey
1 5" radish, diced
1-2 red or green peppers cut up
1/4 lb. snow peas
1 scallion, julienned

SAUCE:

1/4 c. vinegar
3 tbl. sugar
4 tbl. ketchup
1 tsp. chef chow
3/4 c. broth
  1. Mix pork marinade with meat, mix well.
  2. Dice radish, cut up peppers.
  3. Sprinkle 2 tbl. water into snow peas, mix well.
  4. Mix sauce.
  5. Make meat balls the size of golf balls and deep fry till brown, set aside.
  6. Fry radish, pepper, mix well, add meat balls. Cover 2 minutes. Add sauce, mix well. Serve.

NOTE: Discard Oil.
