2 lbs. ground pork, chicken, or turkey
1 5" radish, diced
1-2 red or green peppers cut up
1/4 lb. snow peas
1 scallion, julienned
SAUCE:
1/4 c. vinegar
3 tbl. sugar
4 tbl. ketchup
1 tsp. chef chow
3/4 c. broth
- Mix pork marinade with meat, mix well.
- Dice radish, cut up peppers.
- Sprinkle 2 tbl. water into snow peas, mix well.
- Mix sauce.
- Make meat balls the size of golf balls and deep fry till brown, set aside.
- Fry radish, pepper, mix well, add meat balls. Cover 2 minutes. Add sauce, mix well. Serve.
NOTE: Discard Oil.
