1 lb. river shrimp
Recipe shrimp toast mix
1 cup chopped bok choy
1 tbl. chopped ginger
1 tbl. garlic powder
1 red pepper julienned
1 green pepper julienned

SWEET & SOUR SAUCE:

2 tbl. ketchup
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup vinegar
1/2 cup broth
  1. Puree shrimp and prepare as for shrimp toast.
  2. Chop bok choy very fine. Do not use processor.
  3. Mix all ingredients together then add corn starch to bind.
  4. Prepare sauce and cut up peppers, sprinkle with oil.
  5. Form into balls, let stand 1/2 hour, then deep fry.
  6. Stir fry peppers separate then add to shrimp balls and stir fry together.
  7. Make sauce separate. Pour over shrimp on platter.
