1/2 dz. small eggs
1 lb. river shrimp
1/2 lb. Vermicelli rice noodles
1 recipe shrimp toast mix
  1. Hard boil the eggs. Cool, set aside.
  2. Puree shrimp into shrimp toast mix.
  3. Crush rice noodles. Put in bowl, set aside.
  4. Assemble master sauce.
  5. Dust eggs with corn starch. Slit eggs all around.
  6. Enclose eggs with shrimp toast mix. Pat it on until it sticks.
  7. Cover shrimp covered eggs with rice noodles.
  8. Heat 3 cups oil and deep fry eggs till crispy.
  9. Heat master sauce and pour on eggs. Serve.
