1 lb. river shrimp
1 pkg. gyoza wrappers
1 stalk celery, chopped fine
3 stalks celery cabbage, chopped fine
SAUCE:
4 tbl. light soy
2 tbl. sesame oil
3/4 c. broth
2 eggs (for sealing)
#1 SAUCE:
1 c. chicken broth
1 tsp. sesame oil
1 tbl. soy
#2 SAUCE:
1 tbl. chili sauce
2 tbl. vinegar
1/2 tsp. sugar
2 tbl. dark soy
1 tbl. chopped ginger
- Chop shrimp fine, add celery and cabbage and cop fine and blend well.
- Fry shrimp mixture then add sauce. Cover and cook 1 minute. Thicken. Let stand till cool. Then make dumplings like Jaotze's, pleating them.
- Put in steamer and steam 8-10 minutes. Serve.
