1/2 lb. thin sliced beef

2 carrots shredded
2 tbl. tree ear mushrooms
1 c. diced baby corn (opt.)

SAUCE:

2 tbl. hoisin sauce
1 tbl. oyster sauce
1 tsp. curry
3 tsp. sesame oil
1 c. broth
  1. Julienne beef. Marinate.
  2. Shred carrots on grater. Set aside.
  3. Prepare sauce. Mix well. Set aside.
  4. Soak mushrooms. Drain well. Chop.
  5. Fry beef - 1 minute - add mushrooms and corn.
  6. Add carrots (no more than a cup, to many carrots could make dish to sweet).
  7. Add sauce. Cover. Thicken. Serve with deep fried sweet potatoes.
