6-8 frying peppers, julienned

(add red peppers if available)
2 tbl. chopped fermented beans
1/4 lb. coarsely ground beef (marinated)

SAUCE:

2 tbl. dark soy
1 tbl. oyster sauce
1 tbl. sesame oil
1/4 c. broth
1/4 tsp. curry (opt.)
  1. Cut up peppers, clean inside with cold water, not the outside.
  2. Use smashed beans with garlic oil.
  3. Fry ground beef, add beans, mix well. Then add sauce, mix well. Then add green peppers. Cover, cook 3 minutes.

To make this a Szechwan dish add 3-4 whole dried chilies.
