6-8 frying peppers, julienned
(add red peppers if available)
2 tbl. chopped fermented beans
1/4 lb. coarsely ground beef (marinated)
SAUCE:
2 tbl. dark soy
1 tbl. oyster sauce
1 tbl. sesame oil
1/4 c. broth
1/4 tsp. curry (opt.)
- Cut up peppers, clean inside with cold water, not the outside.
- Use smashed beans with garlic oil.
- Fry ground beef, add beans, mix well. Then add sauce, mix well. Then add green peppers. Cover, cook 3 minutes.
To make this a Szechwan dish add 3-4 whole dried chilies.
