SAUCE:
1 tsp. fresh garlic
1 tsp. fresh ginger
Scallions
1/2 jar black beans (2 small pkgs.)
1 tbl. hoisin sauce
1/4 c. broth
1 tbl. chef chow, added to black beans (optional)
SERVE OVER:
Pan fried noodles or
Shao Mai (steamed - cooled - fried)
The above should be fried with the meats before adding vegetables or gravy mixture. Also the above sauce can be poured over steak with curry.
