1 chicken breast, julienned
4 Chinese sausage
1/2 pkg. Chinese rice noodles
6-8 Chinese black mushrooms
1 carrot, shredded
8 snow peas
1/2 portion corn starch paste
SAUCE:
1/2 tsp. chili oil
2 tsp. sesame oil
2 tbl. light soy
1 c. chicken broth
- Julienne chicken - marinate.
- Slice sausage & fry discarding the oil.
- Soak mushrooms, shred carrots, and julienne snow peas.
- Assemble sauce ingredients. Set aside.
- Soak rice noodles, drain, let dry.
- Fry chicken 1 minute. Add sausage. Set aside.
- Add mushrooms, snow peas, carrots. Mix well. Set aside.
- Fry rice noodles in well lubricated wok 1 minute.
- Add meat mix. Mix well.
- Add sauce, cover 1 minute. Thicken if necessary.
