1 chicken breast, julienned
4 Chinese sausage
1/2 pkg. Chinese rice noodles
6-8 Chinese black mushrooms
1 carrot, shredded
8 snow peas
1/2 portion corn starch paste

SAUCE:

1/2 tsp. chili oil
2 tsp. sesame oil
2 tbl. light soy
1 c. chicken broth
  1. Julienne chicken - marinate.
  2. Slice sausage & fry discarding the oil.
  3. Soak mushrooms, shred carrots, and julienne snow peas.
  4. Assemble sauce ingredients. Set aside.
  5. Soak rice noodles, drain, let dry.
  6. Fry chicken 1 minute. Add sausage. Set aside.
  7. Add mushrooms, snow peas, carrots. Mix well. Set aside.
  8. Fry rice noodles in well lubricated wok 1 minute.
  9. Add meat mix. Mix well.
  10. Add sauce, cover 1 minute. Thicken if necessary.
