8 chicken wings, d-tipped and cut in 2
2 tbl. tree ears soaked
1/2 cup button mushrooms
1/2 cup formosa mushrooms (straw) don't use stems
1/2 cup abalone mushrooms
1 whole scallion cur in 1/4" pieces

SAUCE:

4 tbl. oyster sauce
  or 2 kimlon and 2 oysters
1/2 tsp. sugar
2 tbl. dark soy
1 1/2 cup broth
  and 1 tbl. sweet bean sauce
  1. Cut wings in two, put in bowl and mix 3-4 tbl. garlic oil. Steam for 25 minutes. Set aside to cool (separate meat).
  2. When wings cool stir fry till hot. Then add all mushrooms and mix well. Add sauce and cover. Cook 5 minutes.
  3. Add scallions and thicken gravy.
