8 chicken wings, d-tipped and cut in 2
2 tbl. tree ears soaked
1/2 cup button mushrooms
1/2 cup formosa mushrooms (straw) don't use stems
1/2 cup abalone mushrooms
1 whole scallion cur in 1/4" pieces
SAUCE:
4 tbl. oyster sauce
or 2 kimlon and 2 oysters
1/2 tsp. sugar
2 tbl. dark soy
1 1/2 cup broth
and 1 tbl. sweet bean sauce
- Cut wings in two, put in bowl and mix 3-4 tbl. garlic oil. Steam for 25 minutes. Set aside to cool (separate meat).
- When wings cool stir fry till hot. Then add all mushrooms and mix well. Add sauce and cover. Cook 5 minutes.
- Add scallions and thicken gravy.
