1 chicken, cut up in 8 pcs.
  + 6-8 pcs. fresh ginger
12 pcs. Chinese dried mushrooms
1 can Taiwan corn
1/2 lb. snow peas + 2 red peppers
  1. Cut up and marinate chicken. Put on platter and steam 25 minutes.
  2. String peas, put in bowl, sprinkle 4 tbl. water and 2 tbl. oil. Mix well.
  3. Soak mushrooms. Destem when soft. Discard stems.
  4. Cut corns in half. Make master sauce and corn starch paste.
  5. When chicken is done, cool. Stir fry with ginger till brown. Set aside.
  6. Stir fry corn, snow peas. Add 3 tbl. water, cover 1/2 minute. Then add mushrooms. Cook 2 minutes, add chicken and master sauce. Cover, cook 5 minutes. Thicken. Serve with rice.

NOTE: Chicken wings can be used only eliminate the steaming.
