1 pkg. chow fon, keep warm
1 c. bean sprouts
1 c. barbecued pork or chicken
1 scallion
Bak choi, chopped diagonally
3/4 c. master sauce
1/2 tsp. chef chow
1 tsp. sweet bean sauce
- Cut up chow fon (strips). If it is cold it will harden and it must be chopped up.
- Assemble all ingredients. Mix chef chow and sweet bean sauce together.
- Fry all ingredients except chow fon and master sauce.
- When hot, add sauce first, then chow fon. Stir well, don't cover. When noodles are hot serve.
Be careful noodles do not stick to wok, if so add 4 tbl. water and mix well.
