1/2 lb. ground pork
8 water chestnuts
1 red or green frying pepper
1 very small onion
1 tbl. ginger-garlic mix
1 whole scallion
2 small chili peppers (optional)
1/2 orange peel, chopped very fine
+ 3 cloves garlic
1 pkg. rice or cello noodles

SAUCE:

2 tbl. soy
1 tbl. hoisin
1 tbl. chef chow
3/4 c. broth
  1. Marinate pork, chop vegetables, soak noodles.
  2. Boil orange peel, chop garlic, assemble sauce.
  3. Fry chili, orange, garlic over medium heat in oil.
  4. Discard orange, garlic, then fry pork in oil.
  5. Add sauce ingredients to pork, mix well.
  6. Strain noodles, add to pork, mix well.
  7. Fry peppers 1 minute, covered, mix into mix and serve.
