1 1/2 lbs. round steak, cubed
4 tbl. Lee Kum spiced sauce
2 tbl. dark soy
2 tbl. garlic oil
1 tsp. fagara pepper
1 tbl. ginger and garlic powder
1 lb. fresh Lo Mien noodles
1 scallion, chopped fine
1 1/2 c. broth
+ 1 tbl. oyster sauce
+ Bean sauce (optional)
  1. Cut up cubes in 1/2 cubes and marinate 15 minutes then drain. Save sauce for final gravy.
  2. Boil noodles 3 minutes, drain in cold water, put in pan and add 4 tbl. light soy, 4 tbl. garlic oil, 2 tbl. sesame oil. Mix well, put in oven at 250¡ for 1/2 hour. Mix often. Leave in longer if crispy noodles desired.
  3. Cut up scallion, mix paste, set aside.
  4. Fry meat at high heat about 2-3 minutes then add broth, bean sauce, oyster sauce, mix well. Cover 5 minutes. Thicken and pour over noodles. Optional: broccoli, cauliflower, snow peas.
