1 pkg. silver noodles
1 c. baby shrimp (200)
1 c. diced barbecued pork
1 scallion, sliced fine

BROTH SAUCE:

1/4 c. broth
2 tbl. light soy
1 tsp. oyster sauce
  1. Assemble shrimp, pork, scallions.
  2. Add chicken marinade to meat - fish mix.
  3. Stir fry 2 minutes. Add broth sauce.
  4. Add silver noodles. Mix well.
  5. Put into small bowls. Steam 5 minutes. Serve.

NOTE: This dish is foochow version of Lo Mien.
