1 pkg. silver noodles
1 c. baby shrimp (200)
1 c. diced barbecued pork
1 scallion, sliced fine
BROTH SAUCE:
1/4 c. broth
2 tbl. light soy
1 tsp. oyster sauce
- Assemble shrimp, pork, scallions.
- Add chicken marinade to meat - fish mix.
- Stir fry 2 minutes. Add broth sauce.
- Add silver noodles. Mix well.
- Put into small bowls. Steam 5 minutes. Serve.
NOTE: This dish is foochow version of Lo Mien.
