1 lb. ground pork
1/2 lb. ground turkey
4 Chinese sausage
2 tbl. soy + 2 beaten eggs
1 tbl. sesame oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1 scallion, chopped fine
  1. Mix pork, turkey plus condiments and eggs. Mix well.
  2. Dice the sausage very small then add to meat mix.
  3. Put all ingredients in a bowl. Place it in steamer and steam 40 minutes.
  4. Cook rice. Pour on meat then sprinkle with scallions.

OPTIONS:

  1. 2 c. of cooked rice can be added to meat the last 15 minutes of cooking.
  2. Make 2 c. of broth. Add 1 tbl. ginger-garlic mix and 1 tbl. oyster sauce. Thicken, serve as a sauce.
