1 chicken breast
1 c. ground pork
3 Chinese sausage
2 tbl. fermented black bean paste
1 can Taiwan baby corn
1 red or green pepper
1/2 portion corn starch paste

SAUCE:

1 tbl. hoisin
1 tbl. ketchup
1/4 tsp. chef chow
1 tsp. sesame oil
3/4 c. broth
  1. Slice and julienne chicken and sausage. Mix well.
  2. Marinate and fry pork 1 minute. Add sausage and meat. Fry 2 minutes. Drain off oil. Set aside.
  3. Assemble sauce and vegetables.
  4. Fry peppers covered 1 minute. Set aside.
  5. Heat wok, add meats and fermented bean paste. Mix well. Add corn and sauce. Cover 2 minutes then add peppers. Mix well. Thicken lightly. Serve.
