1 lb. Scallops
1/2 lb. Thin Sliced Beef
1/4 lb. Snow Peas
1 Red Pepper
1 Green Pepper
1 - 1 1/2 c. master sauce
- Soak scallops in cold water 15 minutes then marinate.
- Slice beef 1" strips (marinate)
- Slice peppers
- Strain peas
- Mix all peppers & snow peas. Add 3Tbl. water
- If large, slice scallops
- Fry beef 1 min. Set aside.
- Fry scallops 3 min., add beef. Mix well. Set aside
- Fry peppers - snow peas 1 min. covered
- Add meat - fish - master sauce
- Cover 1 min.
- Thicken with c. st. paste
