6 Potatoes, boiled not mashed
1/2 lb. River Shrimp (marinated)

Meat Mixture

6 tbl. Corn Starch
3 tbl. Light Soy
2 tbl. Sesame Oil
1 Scallion, chopped fine
1 portion master sauce
1 bunch of Broccoli Flowerettes
  1. Boil and wash potatoes. Set aside to cool.
  2. Marinate shrimp, then chop fine.
  3. Cut up scallions, the combine shrimp, potatoes and meat. Mix well.
  4. Make master sauce, 2 cups.
  5. Steam broccoli 1 minute. Set aside to cool.
  6. Form shrimp and potatoes into patties and fry until brown and crisp.

Put on platter, garnish with broccoli cover with master sauce.
