5 med. zucchini

1/2 scallion chopped fine
1 red pepper
1 tbl. Szechwan chili paste
& 1 tbl. sesame oil
5 tbl. sesame oil
& 3 tbl. garlic oil (for frying)

SAUCE:

1/2 tsp. fagara pepper
2 tbl. wine
2 tbl. vinegar & 1/2 tsp. sugar
2 tbl. soy
1/4 c. broth
  1. Cut zucchini down the middle, then julienne.
  2. Cut up scallions and peppers
  3. Heat wok, add sesame, garlic oil. Then add pepper & scallion. Cover 1/2 minute.
  4. Add zucchini, mix well, then add seasoning sauce. Cover 2 minute.
  5. Add corn starch paste slowly to absorb some broth.

OPTION: If adding meat, cook separately.
