2 spiced bean cakes (halved, then julienned)

1/2 lb. julienned thin beef - pork – shrimp
1 red pepper

SAUCE:

2 tbl. oyster sauce
1 tbl. sesame oil
1 tbl. soy sauce
1 tsp. chef chow
1/2 c. broth
  1. Julienne bean cake.
  2. Cut up and marinate meat.
  3. Assemble sauce - cut up pepper
  4. Fry meat and set aside.
  5. Fry bean cake and peppers then add sauce - thicken - serve.
